A simple page until a status host exists.
This page will not print a 99.9 we did not measure.
This marketing site, Clerk sign-in, and the app are not one process.
Background scans can be accepted and sit. The UI should say so.
The Nerxus One status page is a stub until we run a public status host. Nidrosoft will not invent green checks, a ninety-nine percent figure, or a history graph with no probes behind it. If you need to know whether we are up, you still have to look at the thing you were using and, if it failed, write /support.
When a host exists, this page will point at it. Until then, treat silence here as 'we have not built the billboard,' not as 'all systems operational' in the badge sense.
nerxus.one is the marketing site. It can be fine while the app is not. Clerk can be fine while a tenant's Places key is missing. The app can be fine while a Resend domain is unverified and sends refuse. Those last two are gates, not outages.
Public tokens /r, /b, and /f are unauthenticated on purpose. If they redirect a stranger to sign-in, that is an incident class we have already seen. If they 404, the token may have been revoked. If they hang, write us with the URL.
A search that will not start without Google Places is not an outage. A send that will not leave an unverified domain is not an outage. Supervised waiting on a human is not an outage. Overnight playbooks that have never been dispatched are not a night-shift outage. They are an unfinished runner.
A waitlist without a batch mail is not downtime. Checkout being off is not downtime. /customers being empty is not downtime.
Write /support with the time (including timezone), the URL, whether you were signed in, and what you saw. Do not paste secrets. Say incident in the first line if isolation or a public token leaked.
We have no published SLA. A person will read it. We will not post a cute animal status comic while we investigate. If the changelog needs a line after, it will get one, including the dull ones.
Not until we measure it. A status host is on the roadmap as waiting on a production URL we are willing to instrument. We would rather this page stay short than fill it with theater.
If you are procurement and this stub fails your vendor sheet, that is a real fail. We will not paper it over. Join the waitlist if you can live with that, or wait until the host exists.
Check whether you are on nerxus.one or the app host. Check Clerk. Check the Connections pill for Places and the sending-domain pill for Resend. Check Agent Mode. Check whether the collect page is 'down' or just showing public buttons you wanted hidden.
Check /changelog residuals: mailer, runner, checkout. Missing overnight runs are not a yellow incident. Missing dollars on /pricing are not a red incident.
We will name the surface (app, Clerk, marketing, /r /b /f), the window, and what we know. We will not invent a witty status animal. We will not claim zero impact if tenants could not send.
Dull follow-ups belong here and on /changelog. If a public token leaked, that sentence stays the same size as a routine deploy note. If you need a person while the host is still missing, /support is the path.
No. nerxus.one can render this essay while Clerk fails, while the queue sits without a banner, or while /r bounces to sign-in. Use the distinctions above. If you only ping the marketing host, you measured the brochure.
The reverse is also true. An app tenant can work while this site is being deployed. Do not file a product outage because a waitlist button blinked.
We do not have a public probe. If the app failed, write /support with the time and URL.
It does not exist yet. This stub is the page.
The durable queue can sit. That can be health, not downtime. If there is no banner, tell us.
No. Batches are manual. Write /contact if you heard nothing.
Tell us your vertical, your metro, and what you can fulfill. Supervised is the default. Plans start at $99/mo.
14-day trial. Card required, converts on day 15. Full table on /pricing.
