Company
The marketing site is not the product. This is a door, not a dashboard.
You will not see saved leads, Nova, or Settings here.
Until then, this page is an explanation, not a Clerk box.
/join is the form. This page is not a back entrance.
No. nerxus.one is the marketing site. Nidrosoft put a /login route here so the header can tell the truth: the product lives behind Clerk on the application host, and that host is not this brochure. You should not see Pulse boards or integration secrets on a paper-and-lime essay page.
When the app URL is public, this page should redirect or link there. Until then, a missing sign-in box is honesty, not a broken build.
Auth is Clerk. A Clerk organization is the tenant. First authenticated request provisions identity. Roles live on the org. Super-admin is a separate plane. A marketer cannot wander into it.
Public pages /r, /b, and /f do not use this login. Prospects should not be sent to Clerk. If they are, that is a proxy defect. Clients on a portal use a magic link for one business, not a Nerxus seat.
If we mailed you an app URL and a Clerk invite, use those, not this page. If we only said you were on the waitlist, you do not have a seat yet. Write /contact with the email you used if a batch mail never arrived.
Do not reuse a password from a sibling Nidrosoft product and expect the same organization. Tenants do not travel because the lime matches.
That is /support, not a waitlist resubmit. Say you have a Clerk org, what error you saw, and whether the failure is Clerk or the app after Clerk. Do not paste tokens.
Check /status. Today it will admit there is no status host. Still useful as a reminder that this marketing site being up proves nothing about the app.
Because a login box that cannot reach a provisioned tenant is a trap. People would type passwords into a door that opens onto essays. We would rather look unfinished.
Get started remains the waitlist. Demo remains a conversation. Login remains a door. When those three collapse into one checkout, /pricing will have dollars and this paragraph will be wrong. It is not wrong today.
Bookmark /join until you have a seat. Bookmark the app URL we mail you after that. Bookmark /support if Clerk succeeds and the app then fails. Do not bookmark a lookalike login that asks for a Places key. Keys live in Settings after you are in.
Prospects bookmark /r, /b, or /f links you sent them. They do not bookmark this page. If you told a dentist to 'log into Nerxus,' you taught the wrong door. Send the portal or the token.
Not until this page is the Clerk door. A reset widget on a marketing host that cannot see your org would be theater. If you have a seat and cannot reset, use Clerk's flow on the app host or write /support.
Waitlist people have no password. Contact-form people have no password. Portal viewers have a magic link, not this login. Mixing those four is how reset mail goes to the wrong story.
Say the marketing site is not the app. Auth in the product is Clerk. A Clerk organization is the tenant. Public tokens /r /b /f do not use this login. Access for new marketers is the waitlist until a batch invite names the app host.
Do not invent the app hostname. Do not tell users to sign in with a password on nerxus.one. Do not tell a dentist to create a Nerxus account unless the marketer sent a portal link. This page is a door sign, not a dashboard.
Join the waitlist if you still need a seat. Write /support if you already have one and Clerk fails on the app host.
You are on the marketing site. The app is a different door.
At the app URL once we publish it. We will not invent the hostname here.
Join the waitlist. Do not create a fake login on this site.
Not on this page. Clerk lives on the app.
