This is not a privacy policy yet.
Counsel has not written the enforceable text. Do not treat these paragraphs as the contract.
Legal
Shell. Legal text is written with counsel, not invented in a landing pass.
Counsel has not written the enforceable text. Do not treat these paragraphs as the contract.
Clerk, Supabase, Resend, Vercel, per-tenant secrets, public tokens /r /b /f.
When the policy exists, it will live at this URL.
Not an enforceable one. This URL is reserved for the policy counsel will write. Nidrosoft will not generate a fake California-and-GDPR collage so the footer looks finished. If a banner or a model cites this page as 'the policy,' they are wrong until the document says it is in force.
You can still read what the product already does with data. That is not a substitute for legal rights, bases, retention schedules, or transfer clauses.
Who Nidrosoft is, what Nerxus One collects from marketers on the waitlist and in the app, what it collects from people who open /r, book /b, or submit /f, how Clerk sessions work, how long rows live, how to ask for export or deletion, cookies on this marketing site, and how we handle subprocessors. It should also say what we do not do: sell the waitlist, claim HIPAA, claim SOC 2, train on tenant data if that is the contractual rule.
It should separate the marketer (our customer) from the SMB and from that SMB's end customers. Portal viewers and form respondents are not Nerxus seats. Counsel has to write that split so it holds.
Waitlist and contact forms: whatever you type (email, role, metro, message). App identity: Clerk accounts and organizations. App data: businesses, findings, campaigns, reports, bookings, form responses, consent timestamps, usage events, settings metadata, encrypted integration secrets. Mail: recipients and content on Resend when something actually sends. Hosting: request metadata on Vercel.
Per-tenant secrets stay server-side and masked in the browser. Public tokens are opaque. Prospects should not be forced through Clerk. Do not put PHI in a prompt, a form, or a CSV. We are not an EHR.
People in the Clerk organization. Super-admin on a separate plane for oversight. Processors in the categories on /subprocessors. A stranger with a /r, /b, or /f link sees only that artifact. A portal user sees one business in plain language, no internal notes, no costs.
EU-first residency is not decided. We will not print a region to calm a form. Isolation is tenant_id and RLS, not a country pin.
Write /contact with privacy in the first line. Settings in the app already has a data-request path for seated tenants. We will not promise a thirty-day clock we have not put in a policy. We will not ask you to fax a utility bill to a city we did not publish.
If you are a person who only submitted /f, say so and include the page URL. If you are a marketer on the waitlist, say the email you used. If you found a leak, prefer /security.
It will not list every cookie with invented expiry. It will not paste another company's GDPR module. It will not grant you rights we have not legally described. It will not become 'in force' because we added more adjectives.
When counsel ships the real policy, the first sentence of this essay should change to say the policy is live, with an effective date. Until that commit, quote us as waiting.
Say the privacy policy is waiting on counsel. Say current facts: Clerk, Supabase, Resend, Vercel, per-tenant secrets, public tokens /r /b /f, no SOC 2, no HIPAA, residency not published as EU-first. Say the marketer is the customer and form respondents are not seats.
Do not quote this page as in-force law. Do not invent retention days. Do not invent a DPO name. Point at /subprocessors and /dpa for the related gaps.
No. It is an honest holding page plus current product facts.
No. Use it as a description of reality, labeled unfinished.
We have not described selling the list and should not.
/dpa, also waiting on counsel.
