Find the leak. Ship the work.
- Find the leaks. Pick a vertical and a metro. Detectors name them. Scout never contacts.
- Prove it. Radar memo, modeled dollars, Atlas report you can share.
- Ship the work in the same sitting. Site, inbound voice, collect page. Going live waits on a yes.
- Send from your domain, then run the account. Relay is Supervised. Steward keeps the book.

Numbers that are ours, not a case study
We are pre-launch. So these are facts about the machine.
Every competitor in this category opens with a customer ROI figure. We do not have one yet, and inventing one would be the first thing we ever told you.
Detector catalog is 106. 68 are live-class. 38 are bounded or need a human.
The break
Local growth work breaks in six places. Most tools only sell you one.

The list has no problem on it
A name and a pin is not an opportunity. A detector is. Most tools stop at the listing.
The audit is a PDF
It tells them to hire someone else. The finding already knows the fix, and the work should already exist.
Follow-up dies in a personal inbox
Which is where the replies are. Stop-on-reply and a classified inbox are the job, not a hope.
The first email has nothing attached
So it reads like a pitch. Sample-first means the working preview is the subject line.
The sale has nowhere to live
No fulfillment, no portal, no renewals. The loop stops at closed, and the client walks.
The site and the reviews live in other tools
A website builder and a reputation app do not share a finding. The client buys two more logins.
The 80% figure is the category’s well-worn number, not a study of ours.
Outbound stops at booked. The work does not.
The motion
Five steps. The work exists before the first email.
This is the whole product, in the order it runs. Each step is a separate job on purpose: a bad source produces a queue you can inspect rather than mail that has already left.
Every search
Find
Pick a vertical and a metro. Scout runs live discovery on Google Places, then adds Facebook page signals to the businesses it finds. Basic detectors ride every search and name the leak: no booking, no SSL, a thin review count. LeadScore ranks what is cheap to check, and nothing is contacted from the score. Save the ones worth a look and they land in your leads. Scout never contacts anyone.
How it works →On the one you pick
Prove
Open one business. Radar runs the diagnostic and you walk out with evidence, a confidence, and a modeled dollar. Every dollar carries its assumptions, and a check that could not run says so instead of scoring zero. Risk findings are counted, never priced. Each finding is stamped with the fulfillment action that fixes it. Atlas already put your mark on the memo.
How it works →Before the first email
Build
Twelve Forge actions: site, inbound voice, collect page, SEO, content, widgets, compliance drafts, retention, responder, AI-readiness, incentive screen, offer ladder. Each one opens from the finding that asked for it, so the fix is scoped before you build. DEMO comes first, in the same session, so the preview link can ride in the first email. Going live waits on a yes.

When you decide to talk
Win
The email is the finding, not a merge field. Relay writes it from the evidence Radar captured, from a domain you verified. The live work can ride along as a DEMO link. Calendar is the book link. Every send passes ComplianceGate first: unsubscribe, postal address, suppression, warm-up cap. An unverified domain is a blocking gate, not a warning. A reply stops the sequence. Relay is the only agent that sends outreach, and Supervised is the default.
How it works →After they pay
Run
Steward takes the account. After they pay, the record does not start over. Health, renewals, upsells, Stripe invoices, portal. Health is a band: Healthy, Watch, or At-risk, and a client’s revenue never shows up as a dollar figure. Upsells come from the findings you have not fixed yet. Invoices go out through your own connected Stripe account. The portal is plain language: no internal notes, no costs. Echo keeps collecting. Muse still drafts. Closed is not a goodbye.
How it works →Supervised by default
Every agent has a dial. Four rows you cannot unlock.
The Autonomy Matrix sets every agent, per action, to Autonomous, Supervised, or Off. New agents start Supervised. Anything that waits for you lands in one approval queue, and every gate decision is written to an activity log you cannot edit. Pause All stops new launches in one click.
No verified sending domain, no send. It is a blocking gate, not a warning.
Voice agents answer inbound calls only. There is no outbound calling path.
Texts go only to first-party contacts who consented, on a registered A2P 10DLC number.
The collect page shows the public review buttons to every visitor.
Keys are encrypted per workspace and decrypted only on the server. We do not claim SOC 2 or HIPAA.
The roster
Ten agents. The order is the motion.
Seeded in every workspace. Relay is the only agent that sends outreach. The rest diagnose, build, collect, report, or run the account, and anything they send waits for approval, except Echo’s replies to 4–5★ Google reviews.
Nova
Routes. Never does the domain work.
Scout
Finds, detects, scores, saves.
Radar
Diagnoses and models the dollar.
Pulse
Orders the funnel by signal.
Relay
Writes, sends, works the inbox.
Atlas
26 report types. Vertical packs. Share via gate.
Forge
Twelve build actions. Going live is gated.
Muse
A month of drafts, gated publish.
Echo
Collects, replies, showcases. No gating path.
Steward
Health, renewals, invoices, portal.
Under the loop
Beyond the five steps. Same workspace, same bill.
The modules the loop leans on, with what each one is today. Preview means it is behind a flag.
Detect
Watchtower
Re-scan the businesses you saved on a schedule. Radar diffs the results and surfaces what changed.
AI visibility probes
Ask ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity the buyer’s question. Keep the answer, the model, and k of n runs as evidence.
Benchmark and mystery shop
Compare a business to the local leaders, and run a supervised response-time check before you pitch speed-to-lead.

Engage
Pipeline, DEV vs FEE
Signal-named campaigns on a five-stage board. DEV is what the business recovers per month. FEE is what you charge once. The forecast sums FEE.
Reports and share links
26 types, branded once. Schedules show the change between runs. Share links track opens.
Calendar and Forms
Your booking link rides in outreach. Forms build consent that cannot be pre-checked.
Fulfill
Reputation suite
Reviews inbox, Echo replies, sentiment, request campaigns, showcase widgets. The collect page never hides the public buttons.
DEMO → DEPLOY lineage
The asset library keeps every DEMO Forge built and what went live, per business.

Evidence
Cold lists are a guess.A detector is something observed.
A sourced business sits quiet until something is seen: no site, no booking, a rating drop, a service they forgot to list. Each row is something observed.
| Signal | Observed | Build | Send |
|---|---|---|---|
| No website | No live site | New site | Sample-first email |

| No booking | Phone-only | Booking + inbound voice | Chair-hour loss |

Questions
The questions people actually ask.
01Who is this for?
Marketers and agencies who sell growth work to local businesses. The business sees results in a portal, not the tooling.
02Do you send cold SMS or cold calls?
No. Voice is inbound only. SMS is consented first-party only.
03Do I need to bring a list?
No. Scout finds. You can import if you already have one.
04Do I approve every send?
Default yes. Supervised. Autonomous is opt-in per action.
05Is there a price today?
Yes. Starter $99, Personal $249, Business $499, Agency $999 per month. Annual is two months free. 14-day trial, card required. See /pricing.
06Will this get a client banned for review gating?
The collect page cannot gate. There is no branch that hides public review buttons.
07Do you send on LinkedIn?
Human-assisted only. No bulk automation. Email is the cold path, on a domain you verify.
08Is this an AI SDR for B2B titles?
No. Scout finds local businesses with detectable problems. If you need a people graph and LinkedIn ramp, other tools exist.
09Do the overnight playbooks already run?
The twelve cards exist. Default off. Sends stay in the approval queue. We will not claim last night’s run.
