Plans live on /pricing. The 14-day clock starts when your seat opens.
Owner or marketer. Vertical, metro, pillar. 'AI for SMBs' is not a description.
Login is a later door. This site is not the app.
Fill the form on this page. Use a real email. Tell us your vertical, your metro, and what you already fulfill. Plans are on /pricing. The form will not ask for a card. If it ever does, treat that as a defect and write /contact.
Nerxus One is the product you are lining up for. Marketers and agencies use it to find local businesses and sell the work; the business sees results in a portal. If you want an AI SDR, a dialer, or a gating tool, do not join. The locks will not move when your seat opens.
If you already know you need a volume evaluation, ask for /demo in the same week. If you only need the essays, you can keep reading without joining. Guides are supposed to work even if you never buy.
You wait. We provision Clerk organizations when we can do onboarding without dropping people into an empty tenant with no Places key and no explanation. You may get a confirmation that you are on the list. That confirmation is not a password.
When a batch opens, we will mail the email you gave us. We will not publish a public countdown. We will not sell you a place in line. Affiliates are not live. There is no referral skip.
If you hear nothing, write /contact once with the email you used. A silent list is on us. Opening five waitlist rows with plus-addressing will not help you and will annoy the person who merges them.
Write the hunt you would run on Monday. Dentists in Austin with no online booking. Roofers in Tampa after a storm week. Cafes in Portland with a dropping rating and no site. That sentence is an ICP. It is also how we tell whether the product is for you.
Write what you can fulfill. If you cannot build a site, do not claim you will sell the no-website wedge unless you have a partner who can. Forge can preview. You still have to deliver.
Do not write a portable excitement paragraph that could go to any vendor. We will not prioritize it. Do not write a novel. Do not paste a client roster with revenue.
People who need cold voice, cold SMS, review gating, Instagram outreach, or a white-label sub-account store. Those are not doing. The waitlist will not change the matrix.
People who need a signed DPA this week, a SOC 2 report, HIPAA coverage, or an EU-first region we have not decided. Legal pages wait on counsel. Security will not invent a badge. Join later if those are hard gates.
People who only need a CSV of local pins. You will be happier with a lighter pull and you will hate the extra product. People who already have the client and only need a CRM should stay in that CRM. We start before the client exists.
It does not create a bill. Commercial policy is unpublished. Proposed names are Starter, Pro, and Scale. Subscription plus meters. Intended overage policy is to pause rather than surprise. That is not a live invoice.
We have not decided a free tier. We have not described a founding price. Anyone who DMs you a $299 Nerxus coupon is not us. /pricing is the only page that will be allowed to grow a table.
When checkout exists, waitlist people will still have to pick a tier. Joining early is not a lifetime lock on a number we never printed.
Auth is Clerk. A Clerk organization is the tenant. First sign-in provisions identity. You will put your Google Places key in Settings. You will verify a sending domain before Relay can transmit. You will live in Supervised unless you flip a row.
This marketing site is not that door. /login exists to say so until the app URL is public. Bookmarking nerxus.one/login will not show your saved leads.
Public artifacts your prospects see are /r, /b, and /f. They do not join this waitlist. They do not get a seat. Do not tell a dentist to 'sign up for Nerxus' unless you mean the portal you sent them.
One waitlist row per organization is enough if you say the team size. Teammate roles are designed and not the v1 story. Early seats may be owner workspaces. Isolation still holds at the org boundary.
Do not have six contractors each join with personal Gmail and expect a merged book. Tell us you are an agency on /contact if that is the shape. /solutions/small-team and /solutions/agency explain the fear, not a seat calculator.
v1 does not resell sub-accounts. If each franchisee needs their own tenant, that is multiple organizations, not a partner tree. Say that if it is your model. We may tell you it is early.
A Places key you control. A sending domain you can verify. A vertical and a metro. A detector you can fulfill. Time to approve drafts. A willingness to keep the collect page ungated. That is the kit.
Optional: Facebook page signals, GBP OAuth, Trustpilot, a BYO model key, Stripe on your own account for invoicing your clients. Yelp discovery needs a paid Fusion plan; Yellow Pages has no supported API. Missing optionals report unknown. They do not paint a green check.
Training cards will try to walk the first loop. Video may be missing. /docs is a map. The platform essays are the manual. Support is a person. None of that replaces the key or the domain.
Design partners are named people who will run a constraint we care about: live replies, a second domain, a real convert into Steward. They can pull a directed roadmap line if they actually run it. They cannot pull a not-doing line. They appear on /customers only if they agree to be named.
You can ask for that in /contact. You should still join the list so you are not a ghost if the partner slot is full. We will not print you on a logo wall in the meantime.
Partners and affiliates are different pages. Affiliates are not paid. Do not join the waitlist as a growth hacker looking for a cookie. There is no cookie.
List confirmation, batch invite, maybe a demo follow-up if you asked. We have not described a newsletter. We will not sell the list. Resend is how product and platform mail is supposed to ride. This marketing form should not become a blast list for third parties.
Unsubscribe will be real when we send campaign-shaped mail. A batch invite is transactional enough that you should read it if you still want a seat. If you no longer want in, say so and we will take you off.
We will not send you a weekly 'thought leadership' essay from a blog that is still a shell. If you want writing, the guides and product pages are already here.
You can still join. We have not published a residency choice. EU-first is not doing until we decide. /security will say the region when we have one. Do not assume Frankfurt. Do not assume we cannot serve you. Do not assume we can sign a local act this week.
Counsel has not finished privacy, terms, or the DPA. International buyers who need those first should wait or write /contact with the jurisdiction. We will not invent a transfer clause in this form's fine print, because there is no fine print that is a contract.
Voice and mail laws still apply to you as the sender. The product being email-first does not make you compliant in every country. We will not pretend otherwise to grow the list.
Yes. As an owner, or as the person who sells work into a clinic. We are not an EHR. We do not claim HIPAA coverage. Public signals only. Do not put patient lists in the form. Do not plan to ingest PHI into Scout.
Industry pages for dental and medical exist so the trigger is honest: empty chairs, missed calls, reviews that must not gate. They are not a coverage badge. Compliance fixer drafts still say professional review recommended.
If your only offer is a HIPAA-shaped fear with no fulfillment, you will struggle here. If your offer is inbound voice plus booking plus reputation without gating, you are in the middle of the product.
Write /contact and say remove. If an unsubscribe link exists on the last mail, use it. We will not play keep-away with your row.
Leaving does not delete a tenant you never had. If you later had a seat, Settings data requests are the product path. This form is marketing.
If you leave because the locks annoyed you, you do not need to debate us. The roadmap not-doing list is stable. If you leave because we were silent, say that so we can fix the list operations.
Write an ICP a search can answer. Pick one detector you can fulfill. Build one sample by hand if you have to, so you know what Forge should preview. Read the reputation collection guide so you do not invent a gating flow in the meantime.
Read compare pages that match tools you already pay for. If LeadsGorilla is enough, stay there. If you need the loop, you will still need the loop next month.
When the batch mail arrives, come back with a Places key and a domain you can verify. Bring the Monday hunt. Skip the vision paragraph. The waitlist worked if the first afternoon is a saved list and a DEMO, not a settings archaeology expedition.
It should contain a way to reach Clerk on the app host, not a password in plain text, and not a price. If it contains a price we have not put on /pricing, write /support before you pay. If it contains a link to this marketing login page only, the invite is unfinished.
It may ask you to verify email. It may point at Settings, Connections. It may point at training cards. It will not point at a blog essay we have not written. It will not grant you Autonomous on send rows by default.
If the invite is forwarded to a contractor, remember teammate roles may not exist yet. Sharing an owner login is your isolation problem. Say on the waitlist form if several people need in. We may still start you as one owner workspace.
Yes. Compare pages exist because those tools win pieces. You can keep a CRM after the client exists. You can keep a sending shop if volume is the job. You can keep a fast list pull. Joining here is for the loop they do not close.
Do not join in order to export our detectors into their blast. Acceptable use still applies. Do not join in order to rebuild gating beside Echo. The collect page will fight you.
If you only want to evaluate, /demo may be enough and the waitlist can wait. If you want a seat, do both. We will not merge you with a competitor's account. There is no SSO with those vendors.
Send them /security, /subprocessors, /acceptable-use, and the wait-on-counsel legal pages. They will fail rows for SOC 2, HIPAA, residency, SLA, and a signed DPA. That is the current truth. Joining the list does not finish those rows.
If procurement blocks even a waitlist email, have counsel write /contact. We will not fake a packet. If they need a price, they need to wait for /pricing to grow a table or accept that this purchase is not this quarter.
Do not join with a personal Gmail to dodge procurement and then move a book of client data into that tenant. Isolation is per org, not per your later cleanup plan.
It lives on nerxus.one/join. It does not ask for a card. It does not ask for a Places key. It does not ask you to download an unsigned executable. Lime button, paper field, no dollar. If a lookalike asks for secrets, it is not us.
We will not DM you a second form. We will not text you a code to 'confirm your waitlist' as a cold SMS. That channel is forbidden in the product and we will not use it to grow the list.
If you submitted and the page dumped you home with no sentence, write /contact. Form software fails. That is on us. Submit once more only if we ask. Three silent rows help no one.
Slow if you skip the Places key. Quiet if you skip the domain. Honest if a detector reports unknown. Supervised if you try to send on day one, which you should. The overnight runner will not take a shift. That is still true.
You should finish one hunt, one diagnostic, one DEMO, one approved draft. You should not finish ten metros and a playbook you believe already ran. Training cards will try to keep you on that path. Video may be missing.
If day one feels like five other tools, you may only need Scout. That is allowed. If day one feels like you cannot lie to an owner, the product is working.
You can join. Say that you are not selling yet. We may still batch you later than a marketer with a metro and a pillar. We will not build a campus plan we have not described. We will not waive the locks for a thesis.
Do not import a class roster and text them. Do not use /f to run a gating experiment. Do not publish a fake case study with our mark. /customers is empty and should stay empty of fiction.
If your class needs a demo, one person writes /demo and says class. We may still say read the essays. Twenty minutes is not a lecture series.
Write /contact with both addresses. Do not create a third row. We will not merge you with a guess. If the wrong email is a client you do not control, say that immediately.
Do not use a shared inbox you will lose in a month. Clerk will later bind a person. A waitlist row is cheap. An owner seat is not something you want on an intern's Gmail.
Plus-addressing to game batches will not help. We are not running a raffle. We are running onboarding capacity. If two founders share a firm, one row and a note is enough. If you are an agency with five operators, say five. We may still start you as one owner workspace until teammate roles exist.
v1 still will not resell white-label sub-accounts. If that is the only reason you joined, read the roadmap not-doing list before a batch mail wastes both of us.
If you joined for cold voice, cold SMS, or review gating, leave now. Those are not doing. The batch will not unlock them. Instagram and paid ads as outreach stay refused too. So does EU-first residency as a claim we have not decided. White-label sub-account resale stays out of v1.
If you joined and then changed firms, write /contact with both emails. We will not guess which book of business you meant.
Yes, when we open the seat. 14 days, then the plan you picked. This page does not charge a card.
No. Card is required when checkout in the app starts the trial clock.
/pricing. Starter $99, Personal $249, Business $499, Agency $999 per month. Annual is two months free.
A demo can turn into a design-partner ask. It is not a paid fast pass.
Write /contact if you heard nothing. Do not open ten extra rows.
Tell us your vertical, your metro, and what you can fulfill. Supervised is the default. Plans start at $99/mo.
14-day trial. Card required, converts on day 15. Full table on /pricing.
