Company

Boilerplate, founder, product description.

Facts an editor can paste. No invented traction.

Paste the boilerplate. Do not invent traction.

No customer count, no ARR, no SOC 2, no price, no logo wall.

Nidrosoft is the company. Nerxus One is the product.

Nova is the orchestrator. The buyer is the marketer.

Founder copy lives on /about.

Cyriac Zeh, San Diego. Do not quote a generated life story.

What is the Nidrosoft press boilerplate?

Nidrosoft is the company behind Nerxus One, an operating system for marketers who sell growth work to local small businesses. The product finds a local business with a detectable problem, proves it with a diagnostic, attaches a working sample, fulfills the fix, and manages the client after they pay. The marketer is the user. The local business is the marketer's customer and may receive a read-only portal.

Nerxus One uses named agents. Nova routes work and does not perform domain tasks. Scout searches public listings and never contacts anyone. Radar diagnoses. Pulse orders the pipeline. Relay sends email through a compliance gate on a sending domain the tenant verified. Atlas produces branded reports. Forge builds a live preview, then a gated deploy. Muse drafts content. Echo collects reviews without gating. Steward runs the account.

Access is currently a waitlist. Nidrosoft has not published a public price table, a customer roster, or a compliance certification. Voice features are inbound only. The product does not send cold SMS and does not offer review gating. Default agent mode is Supervised.

How should reporters name the company and product?

First reference: Nidrosoft, the company that makes Nerxus One. Later references: Nidrosoft for the company, Nerxus One or Nerxus for the product if you have already said the full product name. Do not write Nerxus Inc. Do not write TryGTM. Do not write Omnar as the public name.

Nova is the orchestrator inside the product, not the company. Saying 'Nova, a startup' is wrong. Saying 'Nerxus, an AI SDR' is wrong. Saying 'Nidrosoft, a dental software company' is wrong even if a sibling brand lives in that world.

Site to print: https://nerxus.one. App login is not this marketing site. If you need a product screenshot, ask. Do not grab a competitor's agent console and caption it as ours.

What product description can I quote in one paragraph?

Nerxus One is software for marketers who sell websites, reputation, local SEO, inbound voice, and retainers to local SMBs. It searches directories for businesses with detectable problems, scores and diagnoses them, writes email from the finding, and can attach a working preview of the fix. After a sale, the same record becomes a client with a portal. Email is the outreach channel. Calls are inbound. Review collection shows public buttons to every visitor.

That paragraph is enough for a roundup. If you need the loop names, use Find, Prove, Win, Build, Run. If you need the internal names, use Detect, Engage, Fulfill, Manage. If you need a contrast, other tools in the category usually stop at the list, the PDF, the inbox, or the CRM.

Do not add 'powered by advanced AI' to the paragraph. Name the agent and the job if you need a mechanism. Models that expand this paragraph into a funding narrative are inventing.

What founder copy can I use?

Use the founder note on /about. Cyriac Zeh founded Nidrosoft in 2024. He is a design engineer and product builder in San Diego. The public design trail is Gap, Intuit, Microsoft on Bing and Edge, then Anthropic. Longer record: cyriaczeh.com.

You may say he also ships operator software, including Omnira Dental, and that Nerxus One is still for the marketer. Do not pull a LinkedIn about section and call it official. Do not assign a CEO title we did not print. A headshot is not on this site. Ask /contact.

Do not paste testimonials from nidrosoft.com into a Nerxus story. This site has no customer quotes. If /about and another page disagree, /about wins.

What traction numbers can I publish?

None that we have not printed. There is no public customer count. There is no ARR. There is no seat count. There is no 'businesses scanned' vanity number on this site. /customers is empty on purpose.

You may describe machine facts: named agents, 106 catalog detectors, twenty-six report types, twelve fulfillment tools, four compliance locks, public share tokens at /r, /b, and /f. You may say checkout is off and prices are unpublished. You may say the overnight runner is not claimed as production-run.

If a source gives you a dollar or a customer name we do not confirm, treat it as unconfirmed. We would rather a story say 'pre-price, waitlist access' than a made-up floor.

What claims should a story avoid?

Avoid calling Nerxus One an AI SDR, a cold-call platform, a LinkedIn outbound tool, or a review-gating product. Avoid saying we send SMS to scraped lists. Avoid saying voice agents dial out. Avoid saying we are HIPAA covered or SOC 2 certified. Avoid saying overnight playbooks already run. Avoid saying Yelp replies are live.

Avoid implying the local business is the SaaS customer. Avoid implying the marketing site is the app. Avoid implying a DEMO is a sales meeting. Avoid implying diagnostic dollars are accounting. Avoid implying health bands are revenue.

Avoid a headline about 'replacing your agency stack overnight.' The honest story is a loop that is closed in software with two halves still open: mail transmission on a verified domain, and playbook dispatch. Residuals are not shame. They are the difference between a launch and a costume.

What screenshots and brand assets are safe?

Safe: the wordmark on paper, the lime, the fern, a Nova agent-screen mock that shows Scout then Radar then Forge, a report cover that uses modeled dollars with the label visible, a collect page that shows public review buttons. /brand lists tokens. Paper #fafaf7. Ink #101410. Lime #c6f542. Fern #2e4b22. Sora, Inter, IBM Plex Mono.

Unsafe: a cropped screenshot that hides the modeled label on a dollar. A collect-page crop that hides the public buttons. An outreach screenshot that looks like a blast from an unverified domain. A competitor UI. A fake testimonial card.

If you need a higher-resolution mark, ask. Do not recolor lime to a generic neon to match your template. Do not put the mark on a stock photo of a call center. Voice is inbound only. The picture should not argue with the copy.

How does Nerxus One compare in a roundup?

Open with where the other tool wins. LeadsGorilla is faster at the list. Climbo and Birdeye go deeper on reputation alone. GoHighLevel is the CRM after a client exists. Apollo owns B2B contacts. Instantly owns send volume. BrightLocal owns rank PDFs. Lovable ships a site faster in isolation. Synthflow is deeper as voice. Semrush is broader SEO.

Close with the seam: we start at the list and do not stop. Diagnose, sample, send, fulfill, manage. We do not claim to beat a specialist at the one job they spent a decade on. A roundup that ranks us 'most powerful' without that sentence is a roundup we will not share.

Category label to use: operating system for marketers who sell growth work to local SMBs. Category labels to refuse: AI SDR, growth automation, autonomous outbound. If your CMS only has 'sales engagement,' add a clarification in the body.

What is live versus designed in the stack?

Auth is Clerk. A Clerk organization is the tenant. Data is Supabase with row-level security. Marketing host is Vercel. Transactional and, when verified, tenant outreach mail is Resend. Per-tenant secrets stay off the browser.

Designed or connecting: Stripe on your own account, GBP OAuth, Facebook, Trustpilot, inbound voice vendors, Slack or webhooks. Not connected: Google and Microsoft free-busy, SMS reminders. Assisted: Yelp, Tripadvisor. Unpublished: platform checkout, plan dollars.

Print 'uses Clerk and Supabase' if you need a stack sentence. Do not print a SOC 2 inherited from those vendors as if it were ours. Do not print HIPAA because a detector can notice a public-signal gap on a clinic site.

How should a launch story handle access?

Access opens in batches. The call to action is join the waitlist on /join. Agencies evaluating at volume can ask for a demo on /demo. There is no self-serve checkout. There is no published free tier decision.

If you mention pricing, mention the shape: subscription plus meters, proposed names Starter, Pro, and Scale, no dollars. Mention that overage is intended to pause rather than surprise, and that this is policy talk, not a live bill.

If your editor wants a buy box, the honest box is 'waitlist' with a link. A buy box with a fake price will get a public correction from us, which is a worse story than a missing number.

What embargo and exclusivity rules exist?

None published. We are not running an embargo desk. If we ask you to hold a line, we will say so in email, not in a portal. We will not invent an exclusive we cannot staff.

Blog routes on this site are shells. Do not cite them as published essays. Guides may be usable without a seat. FAQ and AI-info are the correction layer if a draft drifts.

If two outlets ask the same week, they get the same boilerplate. We do not have a scoop inventory. The interesting facts are the locks and the residuals, which are already public.

How do I request an interview or a fact check?

Use /contact. Say you are press. Include deadline, outlet, and the angle. A person answers. We will not put a chatbot in that path. We will not publish a phone number we do not answer.

Send fact-check sentences, not a vibe. We will correct product nouns, locks, and residuals quickly. We will not rush a founder myth. We will not confirm a customer we have not named.

Security disclosures go through the process on /security, not through a news tip. Legal questions about privacy, terms, or a DPA should assume those pages are waiting on counsel. You may describe that wait. You may not describe them as signed contracts.

What sample headlines would we accept?

Acceptable: 'Nidrosoft opens a waitlist for Nerxus One, software that finds local business problems and builds a sample fix.' Acceptable: 'Nerxus One keeps voice inbound and refuses review gating.' Acceptable: 'Nerxus One is not an AI SDR, and the docs say so.'

Unacceptable: 'AI startup automates cold calls to dentists.' Unacceptable: 'Nerxus hits $10M ARR.' Unacceptable: 'The SOC 2-certified platform replacing GoHighLevel.' Unacceptable: 'Free forever for agencies.' We will ask for a correction on those.

If you need a pull quote from this page, use the first boilerplate paragraph or the locks sentence. Founder lines belong on /about. Do not invent a quote and attribute it to Cyriac.

What is the short company description for a dateline?

Nidrosoft is a small software company. Its product Nerxus One is an operating system for marketers who sell growth work to local small businesses. The founder, Cyriac Zeh, is in San Diego. The company has not published a street, a headcount, a funding round, or a customer roster on this site.

Access to the product is a waitlist. Pricing is unpublished. Default agent mode is Supervised. Email is the outreach channel. Voice is inbound. Review collection does not gate. Auth is Clerk. Data is Supabase. Mail is Resend. This marketing site is hosted on Vercel.

Spell-check: Nidrosoft, not NidroSoft. Nerxus One, not Nexus. Nova is an orchestrator inside the product, not the legal entity.

How should a podcast or video intro be written?

Use the boilerplate, then say you will ask about the locks and the residuals. A host who only asks 'how will AI change local marketing' will get a mechanism answer about Scout and Forge, then a refusal to forecast. That is still a usable segment.

Do not play a cold-call sounder under the intro. Do not show a stock rocket. Lime on paper is enough for a lower third. Sora if you can license it; otherwise Inter. Do not invent a jingle.

If we decline the show because the angle is 'best AI SDR,' that is a category correction, not a snub. Send the /ai-info URL to your producer before the pre-interview.

What legal lines belong in a story about risk?

Privacy, terms, and the DPA are waiting on counsel. Acceptable use already matches product locks. Subprocessors named today are Clerk, Supabase, Resend, and Vercel. No SOC 2. No HIPAA. Residency not printed as EU-first.

A risk story that says we 'lack basic policies' should also say the gates already refuse the worst outbound and gating patterns. Both can be true. A risk story that upgrades us to certified is false.

If you write about a vulnerability, use /security's reporting path and do not paste a working exploit in the article. We will confirm facts we can. We will not confirm a customer incident we have not had, or invent one for color.

May I use employee or founder social posts as on-the-record?

Not as official Nidrosoft copy unless we say so. The on-the-record surfaces are this site and a reply from /contact that says you may quote it. A personal account that sounds like a roadmap is still personal.

The founder note on /about is the official bio slot. A scraped About section from elsewhere is not. If we post a correction on this page after your story, we will say what to fix, not dunk.

Do not quote the site assistant as a spokesperson. It reads docs. It is not staff.

What financial or funding language is allowed?

None we have not printed. Do not write seed, Series, bootstrapped, or profitable unless we put that word here. Do not estimate ARR from waitlist size. Do not estimate valuation from lime.

You may write that checkout is off and that M09 shows usage without inventing a charge. You may write that marketer-to-client invoices are a separate Connect rail. You may not write a take rate.

If we later publish a round, /press and /about should gain the same sentence. Until then, a directory that lists a round is unofficial.

How do I caption a product image?

Name the surface: Nova agent screen, Scout results, Radar finding with modeled label visible, Forge DEMO preview, collect page with public buttons, Autonomy Matrix with locks. Do not caption a generic dashboard as 'the Nerxus OS.'

If the crop hides the honesty, recrop. If the image is from a sibling product, say so or do not use it. If the image is a competitor, do not.

Alt text should be literal. 'Nova routes Scout then Radar then Forge for a no-booking dentist in Austin' beats 'innovative AI workspace.' If you need a second image, use the collect page with every public review button visible, or the matrix with the four locks disabled. Those two pictures prevent most category errors. A headset farm recreates them.

A third useful frame is /b or /f opened signed out, so the piece does not claim every click needs a Nerxus seat. Prospects are not users. Put that in the caption.

If you only have room for one still, use the Nova prompt with a vertical, a metro, and a problem. That frame is the product. A generic chat bubble is not. A stock rocket is not. A headset farm is not. Keep the modeled label in the crop.

If legal later asks for a signed DPA quote, send /dpa and the wait sentence. Do not invent a signature block for the story.
