What work is actually happening?

Nerxus One is being built as an operating system for marketers who sell to local SMBs. The governance plane is live. The overnight runner is not. The mailer still needs verified-domain transmission as a claimed production path. Checkout is off. This marketing site is filling a large sitemap. That is the work. It is not a requisition.

What we will not do on a hiring page?

We will not publish a salary we have not set. We will not publish a 'competitive benefits' fog. We will not ask you to complete a free take-home that is our roadmap. We will not require you to be 'passionate about AI SDRs,' because we are not that company.

We will not hide a job under Scale pricing. We will not hire you to run cold voice. We will not hire you to build review gating. Those are not doing.

How should I write if I ignore the empty state?

Name the residual: playbook dispatch, Resend transmission, provider publish, MDX docs, status host, counsel-ready privacy. Name a product noun you already understand (ComplianceGate, DEMO, tenant_id). Skip the portable cover letter.

We have not published an agency relationship. We have not published a take-home. Do not complete a mystery assignment that implements our runner 'as a test' for a stranger. That is unpaid product work wearing a recruiting costume.
