Affiliates, when we actually pay.

This page exists in the footer. The program is not live.

The program is not live.

We will not pay a cookie we do not set. This URL exists because the footer does.

Partners are not affiliates.

/partners is a conversation. This page would be a payout, if we ever run one.

Do not send traffic expecting a cut.

There is no published rate, cookie window, or dashboard.

Is there a Nerxus One affiliate program?

No. The program is not live. Nidrosoft will not describe a commission, a cookie window, a rev-share, or a founder coupon. If you are here with a listicle and a tracking link, there is nothing to attach it to.

The page exists so the footer does not 404 and so we do not silently imply payouts. When we actually pay, this essay changes in the same commit as the mechanics.

What happens if I send people anyway?

They can join the waitlist like anyone else. You will not get a cut we can audit, because there is no cut. Do not tell them you have a special code. We have not published codes.

If you mis-sell the product to earn a future bounty (cold calls, gating, a fake price), that is acceptable-use territory for the tenant they become, and it is a reason we would not want you in a later program.

How is this different from partners and design partners?

Partners are agencies and consultants who might run the product. Design partners are named seats who pull directed work if they run it. Affiliates, if they exist later, are people we pay for introductions. Mixing the three is how 'strategic partner' starts meaning a coupon.

v1 does not include white-label sub-account resale. An affiliate program would not be a back door into that. Do not pitch a downline.

Will you notify me when it launches?

If you write /contact with affiliates in the first line, we can keep a note. That note is not a contract. It is not a reserved rate. We may still decide never to pay and to take this URL down to a shorter no.

We will not buy your email list to announce it. We will not scrape you because you mentioned Nerxus.

What can I do that is allowed without a program?

Quote the boilerplate. Use the brand tokens correctly. Link /join. Tell the truth about the locks. That is ordinary speech, not an affiliate act, and we do not owe you money for it.

If you need a commercial relationship that is not a cookie, read /partners. If you need a seat, read /join. If you need a job, read /careers. This page should be the shortest of those visits.

What would a future program have to say out loud?

A rate, a cookie window or other attribution rule, what counts as a qualified join versus a seated tenant versus a paid bill, and that acceptable use still applies to anyone you send. It would also say we do not pay for mis-sells of cold voice, gating, or a fake price.

It would not be a downline. It would not unlock white-label resale. It would not print a dollar on /pricing by accident. Until those sentences exist, treat every 'Nerxus affiliate' landing page in the wild as unofficial.

Can I put an affiliate link on a compare article I write?

You can link to /join without a tracker. That is a normal citation. You cannot attach a payout we do not run. If you disclose a relationship you do not have, that is your problem with your readers.

Use /brand and the locks. A compare piece that calls us an AI SDR will get a correction request, paid or not. Money we do not pay cannot buy a wrong category.

Will waitlist referrals ever be paid retroactively?

Do not count on it. If a program launches, we will say whether prior traffic counts. The default you should assume is no. Building a spreadsheet of 'people I sent' does not create a debt.

We will not pay in product seats we have not provisioned, or in fake discounts against a price we have not published. There is no coupon inventory. Assume unpaid until this page says otherwise.

There is no hidden rate card. Anyone selling one is unofficial. Write /contact if you want a note when a real program exists. That note is not a contract.
